This is a very nice example of a young Sheng Puerh. Very complex in taste and aroma. Thick and complex with a typical Yiwu fragrance. Floral, fruits and sugar cane thick sweet aroma with highlighting camphoric nuances. Since this is still a young raw Puerh the fruitsy flavour resembles a sweet and acidic plum the taste has quite a lot jasmonic flower (grand jasmine, jasmine vine, gardenia etc.) aswell as orchid notes ( Vanilla and alike) It has a very nice and rich long lasting aftertaste. The material for this teacake originates from approx. 300 year old gushu (wild, aged) trees and was stored in a natural storage teahouse in HK. |
