STORY BEHIND THE TEA |
|
This is a 25g package of the following tea brick This teabrick from 2005, made using a recipe by Master Lu for Sunsing Tea Hong Kong, is an excellent example for a 50´s Hong Kong recipe Shou Puerh, with it’s typical woody character which is sophisticated and elegant. This tea is mellow, smooth, thick, milky and medium sweet, with a long lasting aftertaste and a nice oak wood fragrance that lingers in the palate and and a cooling sensation nests in the throat very nicely. Master Lu developed the fermentation process of ripe Puerh since the 50´s, which is called Shou Puerh. It is pressed into a teabrick shape and stored in a traditional Hong Kong Tea warehouse, its taste is mild, thick and sweet with a nice oak flavor. |
