When hearing about Japanese teas most people think of Chado or what is called the Japanese tea ceremony  and the tea used in it: Matcha. 
Beside Matcha Japan also produces high quality loose leaf green tea varieties like the famous Sencha, Kabusecha and Gyokuro, as well as great daily drinkers like Kukicha, Houjicha and Genmaicha.
