Green tea is the most famous tea in China and with almost every tea producing area having at least one variety. High in caffein and theanin Chinese green teas are both energizing and calming. They are generally very nutty and sweet with a light and refreshing body. You can enjoy them both steeped in a Teapot or Gaiwan or simply thrown into a glas as a casual beverage.
