This Uji- Hikari Shincha ( fresh harvested Japanese green tea, first harvest of 2022) is a very refreshing Sencha with a jade colored brew and beautiful bright green leaves. The aroma is more on the savory side with hints of fresh cut grass in the summer after raining. As a Shincha this tea has a refreshing and zippy character by nature as these teas haven’t been matured at all. This tea is a limited 1 kg microbatch.
