Catharina Sommer x ANMO Kuriniki Workshop with Tea Tasting

The workshop is part of the launch of a new series of porcelain tea ware made by German ceramic artist Caterina Sommer especially for ANMO.

Ceramic Workshop & Tea Tasting

 Kuruniki is a ceramic technique, where you cut and scratch the final shape out of a small clay block. For the workshop each participant gets two pieces of clay to work on. Teaching how to handle the tools aswell as designing the surface will be conveyed on the basis of examples. Subsequently the pieces will be fired twice and glazed transparent/whiteand will be ready for pick up at the shop after the procedure.  Additional this workshop will be accompanied by a Tea Tasting where three different teas will be served  that capture the mood and character of these pieces.
