This teabrick from 2005, made using a recipe by Master Lu for Sunsing Tea Hong Kong, is an excellent example for a 50´s Hong Kong recipe Shou Puerh, with it’s typical woody character which is sophisticated and elegant. This tea is mellow, smooth, thick, milky and medium sweet, with a long lasting aftertaste and a nice oak wood fragrance that lingers in the palate and and a cooling sensation nests in the throat very nicely. Master Lu developed the fermentation process of ripe Puerh since the 50´s, which is called Shou Puerh. It is pressed into a teabrick shape and stored in a traditional Hong Kong Tea warehouse, its taste is mild, thick and sweet with a nice oak flavor.The Master Loo Cooked Tea Brick is formulated by Sun Sing Tea and Master Loo in 2005 and produced by the Da Du Gong Tea Factory by following the fermentation technique and material selection according to the standard of the Meng Hai Tea Factory, presenting 3 main characters of fermented puerh, Sweet, Smooth and Soft. The wrapping paper designed in traditional Chinese style. The inner ticket states how Master Loo developed the fermentation technique of Puerh Tea from 1950s. The The tea brick stored in the tradition Hong Kong Tea warehouse, its taste is mild, thick and sweet with the oak flavor.
