Collection: Japanese Teapots 急須
Japanese Teapots are world renowned and often depicted in their sidehandled style with a cup of freshly brewed green tea.
Against common image there is quite a wide variety in form, style and the kind of clay being used and beside green tea, every other genre of tea also brews up very nicely in them.
The most well known kinds of japanese teapots are Kyusu and Shiboridashi from Tokoname (Tokoname ware) and Yokkaichi (Banko ware) and Hohin from Kyoto (Kiyomizu and Asahi ware) and Bizen (Bizen ware).
