This Asatsuyu Shincha ( fresh harvested Japanese green tea, first harvest of 2022) is a very well executed example of how sweet and bright a Sencha can be. Fruity in character with long needle shaped dark green leaves it’s a wonderful Japanese Sencha to enjoy in spring / summer. As a Shincha this tea has a refreshing and zippy character by nature as these teas haven’t been matured at all. This tea is a limited 1 kg microbatch.
